If you request your personal information be deleted, or where your personal information becomes no longer relevant to our operations, we will erase it from our system within a reasonable timeframe.

Managing personal data of our customers and users:

By the nature of our business and our software products, Transmetrics does not collect personal information of our customers and users.
Exceptions to this might include (but are not limited to):
- – Names of the users created by the customer through the Transmetrics system, which are stored and handled in a secure way, while their passwords are kept in an encrypted form. This information is kept only as long as these people remain users of Transmetrics products.
- – Contact information of the relevant people involved in a customer project (e.g. name, email address, job title, phone number) that are provided to Transmetrics by the customer themselves with a consent in accordance with the GDPR rules.

Managing personal data of our subscribers:

For any personal information that is collected from our subscribers via marketing tools, they have to give their GDPR consent by clicking on a mandatory checkbox explaining the information about data collection and providing the information about our privacy policy and terms of service. Without this confirmation, Transmetrics does not start collection of any personal data. This GDPR consent information can also be tracked in our marketing tools such as ActiveCampaign, Livestorm, and Sumo.

Managing personal data of our employees:

For managing personal data of our employees, they provide Transmetrics with a consent to handle such data in accordance with the GDPR rules. Provided below is the content of this document:
- - Purpose of Collection of personal data:
    
    to create labor/civil contracts, or other legal relationship affairs; for commercial and technical information; for information/communication channels; processing and use of personal information for fulfilling legal obligations etc.; marketing; for creating “contact” documentation for internal use; for creating “birthday list” for internal use; for creating health reports connected to the additional health insurance offered by Transmetrics; for creating “team” page on Transmetrics website.
- - Personal Data categories:
    
    Identification (names, personal number, ID card number, ID card expiration date, address, birthday date), telephone number, photo, bank account information (IBAN).
- - Time Period, Area, Target, Way of Use and Processing of Personal Information
    - – Time period: the term during which the purposes of the personal information collection remains, the retention period for the information under the relevant laws and agreements.
    - – Area: The Republic of Bulgaria.
    - – Target: your information may be provided to Transmetrics’ accountants, the courts, and/or the government authorities.
    - – Way: the collection, processing and use may be performed in automatic or non-automatic manners.
- Rights under GDPR; Way to Exercise:

With regard to your own personal information, subject to the applicable laws, you are entitled to (i) make inquiries or request for a review, and request for duplications; (ii) request for supplements or corrections, but you should provide appropriate explanation according to the laws; (iii) request for discontinuation of collection, processing or use of your own personal information, and request for deleting the same, but Transmetrics may not follow your request in accordance with the laws in case that is necessary for Transmetrics to perform its duties; and (iv) if your personal information is being used for marketing purposes, you may indicate refusal to such usage. Managing personal data of our job applicants:

Personal data of our job applicants is kept in a software tool Trello and on the recruitment platforms such as jobs.bg and noblehire.io, etc. The data is handled in accordance with the GDPR rules and only relevant people responsible for recruitment have limited access to this information. The CVs of the candidates are kept in the tools for a limited time only during the recruitment process and the data is deleted after the end of the process.
